Nikki Bearden is excited to serve as an Assistant Teacher in Pre-K 4. She is a devoted wife and proud mother of two daughters, and her love for children is at the heart of everything she does. Nikki previously served as the Director of Marketing for Junior Achievement of the Triad and as Office Manager for Animal Park NC. In both roles, she had the opportunity to work closely with children and families, which confirmed her desire to join a school team where she can invest in students each day. She is passionate about creating a loving, structured environment where young learners feel safe, valued, and excited to explore.

Outside the classroom, Nikki enjoys reading, shopping, and supporting her husband at his turkey calling contests. She loves cheering him on in the outdoors and spending quality time with her family. Nikki looks forward to partnering with families to make this a joyful and meaningful year for every child.
